when you are angry your breathing becomes unusually fast and shallow, just try taking slow and deep breaths inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth for a few minutes. it really helps.


Take a walk

Go for a walk, ride your bike, jog just do anything that gets your limbs pumping is good for your mind and body.

Relax your muscles

Muscle relaxation calls on you to slowly relax some muscle groups in your body, one at a time. As you tense and release, take slow and deliberate breaths. you will be okay.

Escape mentally

go to a quiet room, close your eyes, and rest. try to ignore the things that are happening in your environment

Play cool music

Put in earbuds or slip out to your car. play your favorite music and hum your anger away.

Stop talking when angry

When you are angry, you may be pushed to let the angry words fly, but you’re more likely to do harm than good. try to keep your lips shut no matter how hard it may seem. This moment without speaking will give you time to collect your thoughts.

Stay away from things or people that make you angry, give yourself a break. just find time away from others and set your emotions straight.

it takes a lot of emotional skill and courage to forgive someone that has wronged you. if you can’t go to that length then you should probably pretend to forgive them till the anger goes away
