When weight gain is involved it’s absolutely normal to carry too much weight in different parts of the body which includes the face, thighs, stomach, arms, etc.

Bat wings are common in persons/adults who are overweight. The muscle tone weakens as the human body ages but with a few exercises, it can be restored. By doing some targeted exercises it will help reduce the fat in the arm and give you even more toned arms.
