Too much weight in the arms can cause the bat wing arm and can lead to low self esteem in most cases and poor body image.

When weight gain is involved its absolutely normal to carry too much weight in different parts of the body which includes the face, thighs, stomach, arms etc.

Working towards improving the muscle tone will help create a toned appearance and when you combine it with regular exercise and the proper diet.

Why do we have bat wing arms

Bat wings are common in persons/adults who are overweight. The muscle tone weakens as the human body ages but with a few exercises it can be restored. By doing some targeted exercises it will help reduce the fat in the arm and give you an even more toned arms.

If you are trying to lose weight then it is advisable that you eat enough protein because it will keep you full for a really long time therefore reducing your chances of craving food which would help push in weight loss and more.
