1. Go for Fruit Purees Instead of Butter
when you are eating mashed potatoes, including fruit puree rather than going for butter, fruit puree will cut down the calories and give your mashed potatoes a different but enjoyable flavor.
2. Eat Cheese But Remove The Fat
Eat cheese is very good because it’s full of calcium. But it also has too much fat
Remove the fat by putting the cheese into the microwave for about 10 seconds, then drain off the fat and grease. (it is not wise to leave for too long in the microwave unless you want Welsh Rarebit). Or you can buy a cheese that has less fat in it.

The best way to solve this is by eating after exercise. Then your body has to work harder to digest the food. WARNING: Don’t exercise immediately after a meal, or you will cause your body to feel sick. Exercise an hour after eating.
4. Eating While Watching The TV Is Bad For You
You can easily eat too much without knowing. The program you are watching may be so interesting and you are absorbed in it, you won’t be aware of what you are eating.
5. Always Eat A Breakfast
Eating breakfast is the best meal of the day. The word Breakfast = Break Fast. You probably have had nothing to eat since supper the night before. So you are Breaking The Fast. Breakfast will help your body to burn more calories.
6. Fructose is Better Than Glucose
Waters that contain fructose (Fruit Juices) are better than Glucose, it will perform as an appetite suppressant. Taking a glass of orange juice an hour before eating will take the edge off your appetite.
7. Bad Fats Are Not Good For You
Bad fats are Trans Fatty Acids. Many kinds of margarine are Trans Fat. Butter is not.
8. When cooking use cooking oil instead.
Always try to read the labels on the food you buy. If you find the words Hydrogenated Oils walk away as this means it contains Trans Fatty Acids.
9. Use Skim Milk Rather Than Whole
If you are drinking whole milk, it means you are consuming the full cream and this of course is extra calories. Switching to Skim Milk will still give you all the goodness of milk, without the fat.
10. Before Cooking Trim All The Fat From The Meat
If you love your meat, trimming all the fat off it before cooking will cut down your calories intake dramatically. Or alternatively, eat skinless chicken or fish.
